As a reactionary proposal to the demise of Traditional Retail in the advent of E-commerce and other technological dependencies, our design strategizes Placemaking, Programming and Creative transformations to the Supply Chain Model to reinvent the Traditional SoCal Strip Mall into a walkable abd sustainable lifestyle epicenter supporting a variety of urban functions and needs.
