Initiated as a facade improvement of a 200 unit apartment complex in the heart of West Hollywood, CA from 1960s, this project expanded to include landscape improvments to all of its ten interior courtyards, renovation fitness and lounge amenities, Pool and Roof Deck Improvements, as well as a design repositioning of the facade on Melrose Ave.
