Tuvalu, a small island nation on the Pacific, will be the first country to disappear beneath the earth’s rising sea levels. This thesis aims to preserve the very existence of Tuvalu by preserving its land, cultural artifices, plants, animals, and memories of a nation that will be physically removed from our planet. Part-floating museum, Part-Memorial and Part-habitat, it replaces the lost island nation as an artificial time capsule to ultimately become an island of its own.
