Drawing inspirations from eixsting urban fabric and open space structure in Mumbai’s historic CBD, the Master Plan aims to create maximum value and flexibility to the planning authorities, as well as significant flexibility to the individual project developer. The plan emphasizes transit oriented development, mixed commercial and residential uses, and a network of major green space as design concepts.
